Scientology Stats Analysis 2019

Thanks to extensive assistance from tireless volunteers, I am able to add some new analysis this year. In addition to analysing overall stats by major publication (Advance, Freewinds, and Source), I am doing some analysis of specific services.

Cause Resurgence Rundown - Up from 2014, but Down from 2016 and 2017

The Cause Resurgence Rundown is a relatively new Scientology service. It began appearing in Source magazine completion lists in 2014. It is only available at the Super Power complex in Florida. The first two years saw about 700 completions a year, followed by a significant surge to 1120 completions in 2016 and a small boost to 1178 in 2017.

OT III at AOLA - Up from 2017, but Down from 2002

OT III is one of Scientology's major services. According to completions listed in Advance magazine, OT III completions at Scientology's Flag Land Base in Florida peaked at 208 completions in 2002, but dropped to all the way down to just 22 completions in 2007.

OT III at Flag - Down from 2017 to 2018

OT III is one of Scientology's major services. According to completions listed in Source magazine, OT III completions at Scientology's Flag Land Base in Florida peaked at 131 completions in 2017, but dropped to 101 completions in 2018. The previous peak was 112 completions in 2004. Between 2000 and 2018, we see an average of 64 completions a year, dropping to 30 in 2013.

Route to Infinity - Way Down for the Past Ten Years

The Route to Infinity Lectures Course is a service primarily done on the Freewinds. This chart of Freewinds completions shows that 1990 was far and away the peak year for Route to Infinity completions on the Freewinds, with 1,603 completions; despite a couple of mini-peaks in 1998 (848) and 2004 (791), the past eight years have all had fewer than 100 completions.

Super Power Rundowns - Up from 2014, but Down from 2016 and 2017

The Super Power Rundowns are relatively new Scientology services. They began appearing in Source magazine completion lists in 2014, but were being heavily promoted shortly before that as part of the campaign to build the Super Power complex. They are only available at the Super Power complex in Florida.
